“As you know, we have been doing the winter camp for quite a while now and I just can’t say enough about it.. The classes always start and end on time and there is no down time in the middle. You get a full hour and a half of training. One of the things that impresses me most about the program is the way you guys interact with the players. You are very good at working with kids, knowing when to build them up and when to correct them or push them. Your facility continues to be first class.
Overall, I wouldn’t send my son to anyone else in the area for training. There are lots of different facilities popping up here and there but in talking with other people, and seeing what I see, you guys are the best. Chris looks forward to coming to camp every year and even said one day how cool it would be if someday he could come back and help out with the camps. I wish you guys the best over the spring, summer and fall and I look forward to sending him back again next December.”

“Thanks again for a well run winter program. As I’ve said before, your instruction with the boys balances information and skill development, while keeping it fun with skill challenges. You both do an outstanding job in that area.”

“As always, both of my boys have gotten alot out of the training clinics. Though neither are very talented, this is a tremendous help to them as they approach the spring season in giving them confidence to get out there and give it their best. Both Mark and Alex always come away learning from each and every session, which to me is worth every bit to give them the ability to expand on their skills. Thank you so much and we hope to be back with you soon!!!!”

“Thank you so much for another quality winter program. Michael really enjoyed his time with your coaches. I would not change a thing about your program. Your coaches really know how to get a point across without hurting a kids confidence. I think Micheal is as ready as he can be for tryouts. Thanks Again.”

“As always you guys did a good job making the instruction ‘fun’. There always needs to be the balance between making it fun and learning the game. Although Jeremy does not talk much (which is a good thing sometimes), I know he really enjoys this camp and always takes away something after every session. We always have an interesting conversation on the way home. This camp always re-juvenates him for the spring season. Thanks to you and your staff for getting him ready.”

“Wanted to let you know that Travis made the JV team at James River. You guys did a great job — as usual — with this program. The weather was frustrating but Travis still benefited from the experience. James River has off-season sessions at school but the camp gave him that extra boost of confidence. Thank you!”

“On the day of tryouts, players are expected to be as close to 100% as possible, and this would not have been possible without your help. The camp, as usual, allowed him to get in consistent practice in preparation for the start of the season. Matthew started out at RBA in a summer camp right after he broke his nose during Little League All Stars when he was 8 years old. Our main reason for signing him up was because he was slightly nervous about catching an outfield fly. Now, he’s 17 years old and we can say that the program continues to deliver. We appreciate EVERY aspect of what he’s been able to absorb in the off-season through the winter programs, not only the physical skills aspect, but the positive atmosphere that has helped him to be a stronger mental player. Thank you so much.”

Tyler certainly enjoyed the program. I thought the coaches did an excellent job working with the kids and making it fun as well as learning. I will definitely enroll him for future classes. Thanks.

“Once again, I want to thank you for the past few months. Parker and I should have been hooked up with you much earlier than this! He had a great time and really honed his game – you all do a great job. We’ll see you during the spring/summer in some capacity.”

“The staff was very personable and treated the boys well. They knew what they were teaching and how to convey that information. The information provided to the student was detailed and pertinent to the position of instruction. They motivated students with the correct mix of expectations and positive reinforcement. I was mostly impressed with the use of time and how quickly the facility was changed from field drills to hitting drills, not much lost time. I thought the course was well worth the money.
I personally picked up some training methods I will use in the future with my recreational baseball team. Thank you for time and effort.”

“Experience of staff: First rate. I have to tell you, the guys running RISE and RBI are good friends, and I always feel like I have to apologize for not going there for instruction, but the fact is, they don’t offer what you guys do.”
