Summer Baseball Camps
Make plans for the 2010 RBA South Summer Camps!!
SUMMER CAMP June/July/August Hitting/Fielding/Baserunning
Richmond Baseball Academy South is entering our 10th summer of conducting camps throughout Chesterfield County. During our previous 9 years, we have had the pleasure of hosting over 2000 boys and girls, teaching them the fundamentals of baseball while never forgetting that the game should be fun as well.
With the concentration being on drills and techniques, the camp emphasizes most aspects of the game including hitting, fielding, and throwing fundamentals as well as baserunning and even sliding! Games will be played after the mid-morning break to allow for game time instruction. The camp is intended to help build a foundation and improve the confidence of each player.
All camp dates are open to boys and girls ages 5-12. Campers will be grouped according to age to allow them to progress at a comfortable pace. If a camper shows that his or her skill level will safely allow them to be grouped with older campers, we will take this into consideration.
In addition to our regular 5-12 age camp dates, we offer an Advanced Skills Camp for 13 to 16 year olds during the week of July 12-15 only, and is instructed by Advanced Camp Director Bobby Lenoir and Advanced Camp Coach Chris Toth.
